A life-long needleworker, I specialize in fine counted cross stitch ornaments, magnets, and gifts. I have recently begun doing my own designs and I do welcome custom requests of all kinds. I am slowly adjusting to life in Finland, having moved here in 2011 from Central Texas to follow a dream and marry my soulmate. I do get to stitch just about every day. If I am not working on something for my shop, I am stitching for two charities that use cross stitch panels to create quilts for premature infants, critically ill children, and adults with life-threatening or lifelong illnesses.

Handmade means just that – I use my hands and my skills to create something just for you. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. It also means that I am the one responsible for everything – designs, stitching, finishing, photography, listings, advertising, mailing, blogging.. My husband does help at times, but he is not a stitcher.. yet. It also means when you ask a question, I am the one to respond. Our home is smoke and animal free. I included a picture of my work area as well as a small lake nearby.
